This page explains what this private site can and cannot help with, and where questions about official Fulton County criminal records should go. Most record requests belong with a government custodian - the routing below points each record type to the office most likely to hold it.

This Is Not a Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull criminal records, run official background checks, remove or correct a record, or accept expungement filings for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the right government office directly.

Need an Official Record?

Here's where to look for the records most people ask about in Fulton County:

  • Court case files: see criminal court case records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case
  • Criminal records and rap sheets: contact Arkansas State Police through the official repository channels
  • Arrest, booking, and jail records: contact the Fulton County Sheriff's Department or the jail
  • Official background checks: order through Arkansas State Police when that official channel fits the request
  • Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
  • Sealing petitions: file with the court that heard the case
